Shipping & Processing: All orders will be processed within 2 -5 Business Days (not including weekends + federal holidays). Shipping is 1-3 business days following processing time. Most orders are received within 7 business days. 

Refund & Exchange: For sanitation purposes we cannot accept refund & exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged contact USPS and email us within 3 days of your order arrival being received so that we can accommodate.
